Come join Horizon Books and illustrator Rose Slaton for Capitol Hill Artwalk, the second Thursday of every month. Come talk with Rose and make some art! Hang out for a while - we'll have some food and beverages, with a few tables of art materials.
Rose Slaton is a self-taught illustrator based in Seattle. She works in graphite, charcoal, and ink. Her drawings focus primarily on Victorian-era architecture and mechanical, antique objects. Some of her favorite artists include Edward Gorey, Stephen Gammell, and Michael Hussar.
